Experience Halotherapy

During your halotherapy session, you will be immersed in tiny particles of salt in a sealed room. For optimal therapy, salt should reach a specific concentration, so going in and out of the room is discouraged. When your session is scheduled to begin, you should be ready to disconnect and relax for 30 minutes; please arrive early to use the restroom and prepare for your therapy. While we cannot stop you from taking your devices in the room, please know they will be exposed to salt. Rather, we encourage you to use your time to breathe deeply, relax or have conversation with a friend. Salt therapy can help calm the nervous system, so this is a wonderful time to de-stress.

You should wear comfortable clothes, and you may choose to wear clothing that exposes any areas of skin concerns that you have. We ask that you please do not wear perfume, fragrances or lotions to your session in order to receive the potential benefits to your skin, as well as a courtesy to the others in your session that may be sensitive.

Before you go into the room, you will store your shoes and belongings in our lockers. You may not see the salt in the air, but you may smell or taste it. There's a chance you will be covered in a light layer of salt.

Our salt room was designed to not only deliver effective therapy, but to also allow you to enter a deep relaxation state during your halotherapy session. Lay back in our loungers or rest your feet on our Himalayan salt stones and enjoy the ambiance of the salt walls and relaxing music. Warmed Himalayan massage stones are offered during your therapy so you can focus on any problems areas during your session. The room will be around 68-72 degrees, but you are welcome to bring a blanket.

The salt room typically seats up to 4 people per session, but can accommodate a group of 6. It is on the second level of Bloom Studios in Studio 13, so please inform us if assistance will be needed.
